Why wasn’t I deported to Bermuda??
Late on Wednesday night, British officials received a telephone call from the Obama administration informing them that four Uighurs – Chinese Muslims – were about to board a plane at Guantanamo Bay bound for Bermuda.
It was a fait accompli, arranged directly between the Obama administration and Ewart Brown, the Bermudan premier. The UK had no choice – it was too late for any debate about the issue. The Uighurs (lucky them, for the alternative was Albania) would be on Bermudan soil by Thursday morning.
From the BBC: “In a highly unusual move, a senior US official said Washington opted to keep details of the deal from London until the last minute to enable Britain to deny all knowledge of the deal and thus avoid China’s anger.” Oh, that’s OK then. Ignoring Britain was actually designed to help Britain out. Yeah, right.

and so that is what happened to me, they kept all knowledge of this prisoner from her family and her country, who when notified of my treatment in jail (hello, never had a parking ticket, should never have been in any jail ever) all the FCO did was piss and moan about having to drive five hours to identify me from a passport picture from 20 years ago….they NEVER RESPONDED to my written complaint regarding my arrest and detainment, and have since sent me a letter signed by Bill Rammell that basically translates to ‘we have no power to help you, we must believe whatever the Americans tell us’ – which is how these guys are going to Bermuda. Wish they had sent me to effing Bermuda! !

If I ever go thru this S..T again I am going to demand Bermuda. and the friggin Hilton.

WOW………WHATTA Story….. You are a true SAINT…Probably a little crazy too….Who would NOT be– after what YOU have been through…….
You need to use your CONSIDERABLE CHARM to seduce some lawyer/barrister to “Come to the aid of a woman in distress” and start filing papers with the court… Check out the bulletin boards at law schools…put up pleas for help/justice…Best luck , you DO need it!! tgw@37.com

80% of people held in these jails show signs of mental disorders, CAUSED by false incarceration….the things they do to you in the jails are similar to the stuff used under the MKULTRA program.google it)….which was design to create manchurian candidates….breaking the will and reprogramming etc. U got ABU GHRAIBS all over the states, and the jail gets paid $200 a day to hold us, women, elderly, anyone who ever filed for their greencard, I never knew this was happenig for 20 years..until it happened to me.
So, if you ever ‘beat the false immigration rap’ you are released, you go home to your family if you have one, and a lot of people are never right in the head again. They cant hold a job, they cant get it together….basically like Vietnam vets….I bear witness.
I returned after this nightmare to my salsa life, and it will take quite some time until I react normally to anything….but I have no choice but to hold it together, put a roof over my head, get a job (an easy thing to do theese days….) and get on with my life.
But I wont shut up about this. It has opened my eyes to the filthy things this Govt does, spearheaded by worthless individuals using politics to make themsleves rich, over the dead bodies of the hopeful who legally emigrated to teh states adn paid taxes sometimes for 30 years, and were lulled into false sense of security that they had any rights at all.
First they came for the Communists,
